0. PROMO CODES

 

 

My promo code is not working. Why?

Please make sure that:

  • You order have to be equal or superior than the amount of your voucher. Shipping not included. Example: If you have in your basket 28€ without shipping fees, you cannot use your 30€ voucher. You need to have 30€ or more in your basket.
  • You wrote it correctly (be careful with tiny and capital letters, spaces,…)
  • You validate your code by clicking on the green arrow in the blue rectangle
  • Your code is still valid

 

We remind you it is possible to enter only one coupon code per order, as indicated in conditions.

 

However, if you bought several coupons, you can use it by making different orders.

 

It is not possible to cumulate the coupons to get free shipping.

1. PAYMENT

 

 

How can I pay ?

Ambiance-live accepts only :

  • CreditKaart (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, ...) via een veilig betalingssysteem (Ogone secure online payment)
  • Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express,…) via Paypal – you can pay without having a Paypal account
  • Paypal, if you already have a Paypal account, or if you create a new one

 

If you do not have a credit card, you might ask your friends or family to help you.

 

It is not possible to pay by bank transfer, by cheque or by mandat.

 

 

Do I have to open a Paypal account to pay by Credit Card ?

No.


After choosing the payment mode "Paypal or Credit Card" and confirming your order, you will be redirected to the secure Paypal payment page displayed below. Just click on the link “continue” at the bottom left to pay by credit card safely without opening a Paypal account.

 

 

 

 

2. SHIPPING

 

 

What is the shipping delivery time?
We start production upon receipt of your payment. The delivery time is from 7 to 15 days. The delivery price is fixed, regardless of the number of products purchased and your geographical region : 6,90€.

 

I did not receive my package. What can I do?

  • If you ordered your product less than 15 days ago, your package is still on the way to your place. We thank you to wait for it.

  • If you ordered since 21 days or more, tell us your order number or your full name, and we will help to solve the problem.

 

How are the stickers packed?
The stickers are wrapped and packed in high resistance cartons. They arrive at your home in perfect condition.

 

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship anywhere in the world for very competitive rates.

 

 

 

 

3.TECHNICAL INFORMATION

 


Where do you apply the sticker?
The stickers can be stuck on any clean, smooth surface.

 

 

PVC (cupboard), Fridge, Mirror, Wallpaper, Cardboard

No problem.

Glycero or acrylic painted walls.

No problem. Caution: if the wall is freshly painted, you will have to wait for 1 month before sticking your sticker on it.

Tapestry

The tapestry should be plane and smooth.

Roofing felt

Application possible. Caution: the relief can show through.

Tiling

Application possible if the stickers are not on the joints.

Windows and glasses

No problem. Remark: monochromatic stickers can be seen on the two faces; polychromatic only on one face.

Canvas work

Applicable canvas work is plane and smooth.

Wood

Applicable if the wood is painted or varnish. Not recommended on raw wood.

Rendering walls, Porous surface, Textile

How do you apply the sticker?
Our stickers are delivered "ready to install". It is quick and easy to use. No paint, tool, nor adhesive/wallpaper paste necessary. An illustration of how to apply users guide  is provided.

 


How do you remove the sticker?
You can remove the sticker wihtout risk of damaging your wall by using a hairdryer. By applyinh heat to the sticker, it will be easy to remove.

 

 

Can you stick again a used sticker?
No, since the sticker may have lost enough paste. However, it is possible to adjust the position of a small format sticker which just had its peel removed.


Is there a background color?
No, each of the elements of a sticker is precisely cut out of vinyl decoration without  background color. A transfer film keeps the layout of the different elements of the customizable stickers. They can adapt to any wall color.

Can I change the layout of the stickers elements?
Yes, you can change the layout/patterns of all our stickers.

What material do you use for the stickers?
All our stickers are custom-made from high-quality vinyl acrylic glue. Their life span before decolorization by UV and/or natural separation is from 5 to 10 years. Meanwhile, our non-personalized stickers are made from very thin printed plastic, with similar longevity.

Where are the stickers made?
Our stickers are custom-made in our workshop in Brussels, which allows us high production speed and shipping/delivery, with optimal quality control.
