Return Policy

You cannot use your right to return the product if you order a sticker for which you can choose the colour and/or the size.

ambiance sticker customers have up to 14 days from the delivery date of their package to return a defective product and received a 100% refund. The shipping cost of return will be paid by the customer. Returned items must contain all the contents. Items that arrived in good condition but are damaged by customer will not be accepted. Any personalized orders (made to specifications) are also excluded from this return policy.

You do not need to tell us why you send back the package. There will be no penality applied. You will be refunded as soon as possible and the latest within 30 days from the date we received back your package.  The refund money will be done by bank transfer (for credit card payments) or by Paypal (for Paypal payments). You have to pay for the shipping fees.
